Deposits & Booking
How to secure your order and what to expect along the way
Do I need to pay a deposit to book a cake?
Yes. A £10 deposit is required to confirm your order on smaller bakes — cupcakes, cookies, empire biscuits and giant bakes. For larger cakes — 3 and 5 layer celebration cakes — a 10% deposit secures your booking.
How do I book a cake with Homebaked by Danni?
Message Danni on Instagram or Facebook with the date you need it for, along with any design ideas, inspiration photos, your flavour choices and size so I can tailor the cake to you. Once everything's agreed, your deposit confirms the booking.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due on collection of your order. It can be paid in cash or bank transfer.

Are your bakes allergen-free?
No. As I bake from my home kitchen, I cannot guarantee that any bake is free from allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy or egg — ingredients are stored and prepared in the same space, so cross-contamination is possible.
What should I do if someone has an allergy?
Please let me know if there are any allergies in your party when you place your order, so we can talk it through before I start baking.
